Back in 1997, a consultancy business dedicated exclusively to the practice of workplace harassment investigations was launched. Our valued clients, looking for online workplace training materials, could find nothing substantive to roll-out to employees. So we listened!

We changed our name from Employment Relations Consultants to HR Proactive Inc. with an added focus of helping employers be proactive with policy and training development.

A lot has changed in the last quarter century but we have stayed true to our mission to help create and maintain safe and respectful workplaces throughout North America!

To support our clients’ needs, we expanded our service offering to include:
